Getting Started

Once you sign up, we will send you an email with all the onboarding details. This will include how to send us your login credentials and how to contact our support team.

We’ll need your WordPress admin credentials. In order to provide a genuinely comprehensive service that allows us to address any website issues, we’ll also need your FTP information.

Once we have that information, your plan will be fully implemented within 24-48 hours.

That means we will –

•  Do a full backup of your website
•  Run multiple site scan for malware & malicious codes
•  Update plugin, themes & wordpress
•  Harden your site security
•  Connect your site to our 24/7 uptime monitoring service
•  Complete our 140-item onboarding checklist

You can then send us any website edit requests.

Speed optimisation requires tons of time-intensive manual works. So it might take upto 2 weeks depending on the site.

You will need to purchase plans for each site. Each domain (yoursite.com, subdomain.yoursite.com, etc) requires it’s own plan. If you have 2 websites that you would like us to maintain, you’ll need 2 separate plans.

If you have more than two websites you want us to manage, we can give 20% discount. Please send us an email before ordering.

After you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email that asks you to send us your login credentials. We will need your WordPress dashboard and hosting credentials.

We will give you access to a specialized tool that allows you to safeguard your login credentials behind a self-destructing link that only we can see.

Support

Once the onboarding process for your website is finished (24 – 48 hours), we can start making changes to your website!

There are two ways you can submit edit requests:

1. You can open a support ticket from your account page.
2. You can email us directly. You can find our support email address in the welcome email.

Yes! When we say unlimited content edits, we absolutely mean it! You can send us as many tasks as you require.

We typically complete each request within 24-48 hours. Making multiple changes simultaneously on a website can create conflicts. So our approach is to tackle each task one by one. Once we finish the task on hand, we move on to the next one.

We generally cover any tasks that can be completed in the WordPress dashboard and require less than 30 minutes.

We can:

•  Add new images or text to existing pages

•  Modify banners, headers or footers content

Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am-8pm ET. We typically respond to all requests within 2-6 hours and complete each request within 24-48 hours.

We only interact with clients via our ticket centre or via email. You’ll find our email support quick, efficient and professional.

We’ve found that having everything in writing results in a lower chance of misinterpretation. As a result we can provide faster & better services.

We only provide WordPress maintenance service.

But if you need a new website, our team can help you. Whether you need a theme based WordPress website or a custom developed website, we can give you a personalized quote separate from our maintenance services.

We provide basic on-page SEO services on our Professional & Advanced plan. We can install & configure SEO plugins, optimise site url, create internal links, configure XML sitemap, optimise title, header & ALT tags with your keywords, fix meta descriptions and more.

We aim to optimize your website for a loading time of under two seconds. However, certain factors beyond our control can hinder this outcome.

These factors includes hosting (shared hosting, slow server), WordPess theme (old or bulky theme), too many plugins, too many products or heavy page customisation. In such instances, we will make every effort to achieve the best possible speed and provide recommendations.

By signing up with us, you can put your website concerns to rest and direct your full attention to your business. But we won’t keep you in the dark. We’ll send you a monthly website audit reports that will keep you informed about the status of your site.

Update, Backup & Security

We perform comprehensive updates every week. We meticulously update core files, plugins, and themes, all while keeping a close eye on potential issues.

Our manual and automated checks of your website before and after updates guarantee a seamless experience for your visitors.

We perform routine updates directly on live sites. When a major update is rolled out by a plugin, theme, or WordPress, or if you’ve registered with a website that hasn’t been updated in a while, we’ll perform the update on a staging site first.

Yes, we backup everything in your WordPress website. This includes the complete database, posts, pages, images, themes, plugins, etc.

We use our own server for backup. So it won’t impact your hosting plan’s storage capacity.

We maintain a comprehensive 30-day backup history. This means we can restore your site to any point in the past 30 days.
We expect a site to use up to 5GB of storage space. If your site surpasses this limit, kindly inform us in advance. If you don’t have any unnecessary files, we can make exceptions at no additional costs.
Yes. If your site is infected, our security experts will clean up your website.

Our automated tools continuously monitor your website. Our aim is to prevent hackers from harming your website. But if there is a security issue on the site, our security experts respond as soon as possible to mitigate the issue.

Security concerns get the highest priority over any other tasks. We make every effort to ensure that none of your site’s functions experience any disruptions.

Site Type & Hosting

We help WordPress websites of all shapes and sizes. This includes small business websites. personal sites, large-scale websites, blogs, and WooCommerce sites.

We currently do not support multisites or membership websites.

Yes! E-commerce sites require extra care, and that’s why it’s included in our Advanced plans.
No. At this point, we do not support wordpress multisite.

No. Our complete focus is on maintaining & supporting WordPress websites.

No. We work with any website regardless of hosting provider.

But we may not be able to achieve our speed and security goals on supercheap shared hostings.

Yes, we support WordPress websites hosted with AWS or Google Cloud.

We work with any website regardless of hosting provider.

But if you’re dissatisfied with your existing hosting provider, we can seamlessly migrate your website to our high-speed and secure cloud server. You’ll receive 1 GB of storage and 10 GB of bandwidth at no additional cost. If you have a high-traffic website and need more storage & bandwith, send us an email. We can come up with a custom arrangement.

Yes, we can migrate your WordPress website to a new hosting.
We do not update your web hosting infrastructure. If you want to update PHP version, you can contact your hosting provider.

Account

Your credit card will automatically be billed each month, on the day that you signed up.
No. When we onboard a new website, our team performs an extensive audit which often results in significant works. Due to the nature and volume of tasks we handle during the initial stages of supporting your website, a free trial isn’t feasible.
There are no lock-in contracts. All of our plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you want.

You can cancel any time before the start of your next billing cycle. Just send us an email and we will immediately stop your next payment. No questions asked.

We can also provide you a backup of your website files and database if you need them.

If we host your website, we can explore whether you’d like to keep your site on our server or migrate to a new hosting provider.

All of our plans are month-to-month. We can cancel your subscription any time you want. Because we start providing services from day 1, our monthly plans are non-refundable.
